Wazzio helps businesses respond to new WhatsApp inquiries. This policy explains what we access, what we protect, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What Wazzio accesses
When you link your WhatsApp number, Wazzio reads eligible one-to-one messages from new or unknown contacts so it can respond according to your settings.
What Wazzio never touches
- Your chats with saved contacts, family, and suppliers by default.
- Group chats — they are always ignored.
- Anything you handle yourself by replying directly.
How we use your data
Business details you provide and eligible messages from new customers are used solely to generate replies and summaries for your business. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Storage & retention
We store the minimum needed to run your assistant. You can unlink your number or delete your account at any time, which removes your stored business profile, eligible conversation history, and generated replies.
Your choices
You can pause the assistant instantly, switch to review mode, take over any conversation, and request a copy or deletion of your data.
