These terms govern your use of Wazzio. By setting up an assistant, you agree to them.
The service
Wazzio responds to eligible new WhatsApp inquiries on a number you control. It is an assistant — not a replacement for your own judgment.
Your responsibilities
- You own the WhatsApp number you link.
- You are responsible for how you configure Wazzio and for messages sent from your account.
- You will use Wazzio lawfully and respect your customers.
Approval & sending
Wazzio can send replies automatically according to your settings. You can use review mode, take over, pause, or disable sending at any time.
Billing
The Trial is available for 7 days without a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly by AI Replies through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We work to keep Wazzio reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, including when WhatsApp itself changes or is unavailable.
Liability
Wazzio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
